This consultation is mandatory for all new clients and recommended for anyone unsure of what they need or how to get organized for taxes. Whether you need one-time tax filing, help catching up, or want ongoing bookkeeping and tax support this is where we start. 🧾 What We’ll Cover: We’ll walk through a thorough tax + bookkeeping assessment designed to: Uncover your full income picture (W-2, 1099, business, platforms, etc.) Break down your product/service mix and how money flows in Evaluate how you're currently tracking income, expenses, and inventory Review how your accounts are set up (business vs personal, payroll, etc.) Understand your current financial systems (or lack thereof) Identify personal AND business goals to tailor our support Pinpoint red flags, gaps, and opportunities to save on taxes We'll also cover: Household and personal tax details (dependents, filing status, prior issues) Business structure (sole prop, LLC, S-Corp) + compliance status Estimated income and expenses to assess tax risk and service needs 🧠 Why It Matters: By the end of this consultation, you’ll walk away with: ✅ Clarity on what services you actually need ✅ Confidence that you’re not missing money or overpaying in taxes ✅ A customized recommendation, either one-time tax prep or monthly support ✅ Transparent pricing and next steps to get started 💳 Payment Policy: The consultation fee is non-refundable and required to secure your spot.
